Refund Policy

At Nepute Wellness, we want every patient to feel confident in their healthcare investment. Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.

In-Person Examination Deposits

Your examination deposit of 0 secures your appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full deposit refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

Virtual Consultations

Virtual consultation fees are paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. No-shows are not eligible for refund.

BioLimitless Products

All supplement orders are fulfilled and shipped by BioLimitless. Product returns and refunds are handled directly through BioLimitless customer support at biolimitless.com. Nepute Wellness does not process returns for third-party products.

Educational Products

Digital educational products (programs, workbooks, companion materials) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact our support team for assistance.

Returns

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through the Aloha scheduling system or by contacting our office directly. We appreciate advance notice when possible, as this allows us to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting.
