A place where the doctors care about your true health and help you fix it naturally! Always been nothing but pleased when going here. They work with you on everything to make sure you are healthy and don’t neglect yourself because of money or time. My son did a brain balance program there (no longer there though) and it helped him tremendously. Chiropractic care helps with any issue you may have! They always have the newest technology or therapy (like the laser that I recently used after a car accident I had) to help you be out of pain. I have carpal tunnel and regular adjustments keep my hand from falling asleep at night. pain goes away also. Highly recommend!

I am a patient at Dr Eric Nepute ‘s office Nepute Wellness Center in St Louis MO. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. From the time you walk in the door and are greeted at the front desk by Haley and Deidra. They are so friendly and helpful. So very organized and always get back to you promptly with answers for your questions. The staff is very friendly and take care of you like family. As far as Dr. Nepute he brought me out of one of the worst times of my life. Last summer at the end of July 2025 I began to have tremors and shaking. I had been to several doctors who had no idea how to help me. Dr Nepute knew right away what was causing the shakiness and treated me. Within 2 weeks the tremors had stopped. My vagus nerve was the cause. I am continuing to work with Dr Nepute on my overall health and other issues. He is so patient and takes his time with you to explain your test results and gives solutions on how to improve your health. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He truly is the most caring doctor I know and really wants to see his patients get better and enjoy a healthy life. He is one in a million.

I’ve been a client of the Nepute Wellness Center for probably 7 years now. Everyone on staff is super friendly and genuinely care about how you’re doing. I go weekly and just love that I do not have to make a specific appointment time. They do appreciate when you try to come on the same day each week. If you’re not able, it’s not a big deal. Nepute’s is such a multipurpose facility. They have taught me so much about nutrition along with different exercises I can do throughout the week. They are able to take X-rays and draw blood. This helps me keep an eye on my levels and numbers and catch anything that’s a little off before it becomes serious. They also have a nurse practitioner on staff at the facility in case you have some other issue like an earache, a rash, etc. The whole time I’ve been there I have had no need for a primary physician. . Oh, the babies and kids….I love watching them be adjusted. I wish I would’ve known about chiropractics when my kids were little.

Doc and his staff have completely changed my life. I have been suffering from chronic pain and inflamation. I have been going there for several years now. Dr. Eric, Dr. Rachel, Dr. Patric and staff have been extremely helpful. I have learned how to stay healthy and how to heal. I am in my sixties and very active. I plan on staying that way with the help of Nepute wellness. Over the years I have used traditional medicine only to be given pills that mask the pain. Neputi wellness has given me a holistic path to getting heathy and staying well. This type of wellness takes time. Have patience. You will be amazed ! Update 8/1/25 I just wanted to share that I have been taking the biolimitlist Neuro Reboot. My chronic pain has decreased to almost nothing. Especially in my lower back. This has allowed me to live the active life that I am accustomed to. I have been trying to avoid medications at all costs but was starting to give in. This product is working well. In my case, it took almost 60 days. But from then on, it was amazing. I noticed the first week I was sleeping better. The pain in my joints was starting to ease. My back, however, took a longer time. In my opinion, it is worth the money. And many thanks to doc and his amazing staff!

What are the virtual appointment options and how long are they?

Nepute Wellness offers three tiers of virtual one-on-one appointments via Zoom, available to patients worldwide:

15-Minute Quick Hit ($42): Focused check-in or targeted question session
