The T.H.I.S. Framework is the foundational philosophy behind the BioLimitless approach to health and wellness. It stands for Triad of Health, Hierarchy of Health, Infinite Care System, and Seven Directives.

At the core of BioLimitless and Nepute Wellness is a belief that true health requires more than managing symptoms. The T.H.I.S. Framework provides a structured approach to understanding health from the root cause level, guiding both practitioners and individuals toward more effective support strategies.
The Triad recognizes three interconnected dimensions of health: Physical, Chemical, and Neuro-Emotional. Research in psychoneuroimmunology has demonstrated that these systems are deeply connected. Physical alignment, chemical balance, and emotional wellbeing each influence the others, and addressing only one dimension may leave the root cause unresolved.
The Hierarchy of Health identifies 12 tiers of biological systems, prioritized by their foundational importance: Autonomic Nervous System, Central Nervous System, Bacterial DNA (microbiome), Human DNA, Detox Pathways, Gastrointestinal System, Endocrine System, Lymphatic System, Lipid System, Immune System, Inflammatory System, and Musculoskeletal System.
This hierarchy guides the assessment process. Rather than starting with symptoms (which often present at the musculoskeletal or inflammatory level), the framework works from the top down, looking at the autonomic nervous system and microbiome first.
The Infinite Care System represents a cyclical approach to health rather than a linear one. Health is not a destination but an ongoing process of assessment, support, and optimization. This system emphasizes that root cause care is continuous, with each cycle providing deeper understanding and more targeted support.
The Seven Directives provide actionable steps within the framework: Reveal (discover root causes through testing), Reset (restore baseline function), Remove (eliminate toxins and stressors), Recharge (support energy production), Rebuild (repair damaged systems), Reboot (optimize function), and Refuel (sustain results with nutrition and lifestyle).
These directives align with the “Test, Don’t Guess” philosophy: every step begins with understanding what the body actually needs before taking action.
