After entering your info, you will be directed to Checkout to pay a *$50 exam deposit to hold your appointment slot (*new in-office patients), or pay the full virtual consult fee.
* You will receive a payment confirmation by email. All in-office appointment deposits are applied to the total cost of your exam. Remaining balance and any additional fees/purchases are due in-full, in-person on the day of your appointment.

Absolutely. Nepute Wellness serves patients from around the world through expanded virtual appointments via Zoom. International patients can access the same level of care, including home-shippable testing kits, virtual consultations (15, 30, or 60 minutes), and recorded Reports of Findings.
For those who prefer an in-person visit, our center is located in St. Louis, Missouri. Our team can help coordinate travel logistics for patients coming from out of state or internationally.
No referral is needed. Nepute Wellness operates outside the traditional insurance-based healthcare model, which means you can schedule directly without a physician referral.
